These terms apply to azizshamanism.com, our online school, and everything you buy from us: online courses, memberships, live workshops, healing sessions, empowerments and products. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Aziz Shamanism (Peter Aziz), 20 Furlong Close, Buckfast, Devon TQ11 0ER, United Kingdom. “You” means the person using the site or buying from us.
1. Using the site
The content of the site is for your general information and personal use. It may change without notice. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm it or anyone else using it. Do not send unsolicited commercial messages through the site, attempt to gain access to accounts or areas you are not entitled to, or use our content for marketing without written permission.
2. Accounts and access
Course and membership content is delivered through our online school at portal.azizshamanism.com. Your login is for you alone. Keep your password private and do not share your account or your course access with anyone else. We may suspend or close accounts that are shared, resold or used to copy our material.
3. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through PayPal or the card processor built into our checkout. A contract is formed when you receive your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if there has been a pricing error, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud.
4. Online courses and digital content
Once your purchase is confirmed you get access to the course for as long as the course remains on our platform, unless the course page says otherwise. Course material is for your personal study. You may not download, copy, share, record or redistribute it, or teach from it, without our written permission. We update and occasionally retire courses; where a course is retired we will give reasonable notice and, where possible, an equivalent replacement.
5. Memberships
A membership is a recurring subscription that gives you access to the live workshops, replays and other benefits described on the membership page for as long as your payments continue. Payments are taken automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your payment provider or by emailing us; cancellation stops future payments and future workshop access at the end of the paid period, and you keep access to what you have already been given. Payments already taken are not refunded. We may change membership benefits or prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
6. Live workshops and healing sessions
Live workshops take place online at the advertised date and time. If a workshop is recorded, the replay is made available to those entitled to it. Healing sessions are booked for a specific time. If you need to move a session, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to find another time. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited and are not refunded.
7. No refunds
All sales are final. Online courses, empowerments, memberships, live workshops, healing sessions and products are not refundable once purchased. For online courses and other digital content, by confirming your purchase you ask us to make the content available immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right that otherwise applies to distance purchases. For live workshops and healing sessions, by booking you ask us to reserve the time for you and agree that the booking cannot be cancelled for a refund. Please read the course or session page carefully before you buy, and email us with any questions first. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights where something we sell is faulty, not as described or not delivered.
8. Your responsibility
Our courses, empowerments, healing sessions and products are spiritual and energetic practices. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. Please read our Medical Disclaimer. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for deciding whether a practice is right for you. Results vary from person to person and we do not promise a particular outcome.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the site and in our courses, including text, audio, video, images, course structures, techniques as written and the site design, belongs to Aziz Shamanism or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, rent or create derivative works from it without our written consent.
10. Community conduct
Course Q&A areas, comments and live workshops are shared spaces. Be respectful. We may remove content and suspend or remove access, without refund, for harassment, abuse, spam, sharing other people’s personal information, or behaviour that disrupts the experience for others.
11. Affiliates
We run an affiliate programme. Affiliates earn a commission on referred sales under the terms shown in the affiliate area. Affiliates may not make claims about our courses or results that we have not made ourselves, and may not use paid advertising on our brand name without permission.
12. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites for your convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their terms.
13. Liability
We provide the site and its content with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any information on it is complete or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU you keep the protection of the consumer law of the place you live.
